Terms: Net 30 days. There will be a 11/2% monthly finance charge applied on amounts that are past due 30 days or more (18% APR).
Minimum Order: $25.00 Net. Shipping Policy: All orders shipped UPS unless weight disallows. All shipments will be assessed with
shipping charges. Priority shipments on request. Returned Merchandise: Tools may
be returned for credit only after authorization is obtained. All goods returned for credit must be freight prepaid by the distributor. Tools authorized for return may be subject to a handling and restocking charge
of 15% or $15.00, which ever is greater. All sales of specials and regrinds are final unless not made to print.
Over-Under Shipments: All special orders are subject to 10% over or under shipment.
